We specialise in converting block frozen prawns to either raw, cooked or blanched individually quickly frozen (IQF). Products are cryogenically frozen to enhance texture and flavour then glazed to preserve and extend shelf life. Our high speed packing lines are capable of packing any weight range from 50g to 10kg bulk. The whole process is monitored by our on-site quality control department to ensure every kilogram packed conforms to your specification.
Our state of the art cooking line is BRC (AA Grade) and IFS (Higher) accredited. Its intelligent algorithms allows extreme control which ensures all product is cooked, chilled and frozen to eliminate microbiological growth.
